With this dental insurance, you have four plans to choose from. Each plan pays 100% for preventive services when you see an in-network provider. The Premier Plan pays 70% of the maximum allowable charge for basic and major services. The other three plans — Preferred, Standard and Economy — pay a set dollar amount.
