FAST action can save a life

The American Stroke Association recommends using the first letters in “FAST” to spot stroke signs and know when to call 911.

This pocket-sized FAST download will help remind you of these warning signs in an emergency.

F = Face drooping
A = Arm weakness
S = Speech difficulty
T = Time to call 911
