Who can have an online account?

Most customers with an active policy can sign up for an online account.

Currently, the service is not available for customers who only have the following policy kinds:

  • Hospital/Medical/Surgical
  • Major Medical

What information do I need to sign up?

To sign up for online account access, you will need the following information:

  • Your first and last name as they appear on the billing statement or policy
  • Date of birth of the owner's
  • ZIP Code of the owner's
  • The policy number as it appears on the billing statement or policy

What if I forget my User ID or Password?

From the log in page, select the Forgot User ID or Forgot Password links. You will be asked to answer the Security Questions you selected.

We will send your User ID to the email address you provide.

Why do I need to answer security questions?

In the event you forget your User ID or Password, security questions are used to prove who you are by asking you to answer personal questions you chose when signing up for your online account. This protects your account information.

What policies can I view online?

You can view the payment due date and premium amount for most policies online. If you own a Hospital/Medical/Surgical or Major Medical policy, please contact the customer service number listed in Contact Us.

Can I make payments online?

Yes, you can make payments online with a credit card or your personal bank account.

Can I make a partial payment on a policy?

No, we do not accept partial payments on an individual premium due.

What personal information can I change online?

You can change your address, phone number and email address.

For other changes, like name changes or age correction, go to Customer Forms.

How do I change my User ID or Password?

You can change your User ID or Password by selecting My Profile.

How do I cancel my online account?

You may cancel your online account at any time by choosing the Cancel My Account option under My Profile / Account Information.
