The Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003, also known as the Medicare bill, is now law. If you have a Medicare Supplement insurance policy with us, this legislation does not change how your insurance policy supplements the benefits of Parts A and B of Medicare.
